Paul has been with Heartland since 1997, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Investment Policy Committee for Heartland Advisors, Inc.
Paul received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, an MBA in Economics from Marquette University and an MS in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Paul enjoys spending time with his daughters, playing volleyball, and woodworking. He recently returned from a family trip to Paris, a place where the art and architecture still inspire him.
